On Monday we had another Common Ground Coffee House. It was lots of fun and students loved it. The theme for the night was "luck or destiny." Students started out the night with a dice game. Then they watched this video that our teammate Brooke made. It will give you a glimpse into our students' lives on campus, and it's hilarious!!! The video did a great job of introducing the topic. Students dove into the discussion time, eager to discuss whether the boy and girl got together because of chance or destiny. Further discussion questions challenged students to identify what they think determines their future. Is it all by chance, fate, destiny...or something else?
